Stree 2, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, has taken the box office by storm. After an impressive Rs 60.3 crore net on its first day, the film added Rs 30 crore on its second day, pushing its total net collection to Rs 90.3 crore in India. The movie’s gross earnings have now crossed the Rs 100 crore mark, making it a huge success. Despite facing competition from Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa, Stree 2 continues to dominate, driven by positive word of mouth.
Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 revisits the eerie town of Chanderi, now haunted by a new terror named Sarkata. The film also features a special cameo by Varun Dhawan as Bhediya, who shares a song with Shraddha Kapoor.
